3DX-RAY appoints Regional Sales Manager to pursue new business in the UK

3DX-RAY, the supplier of x-ray inspection solutions for the security and industrial markets, has today announced the appointment of James Young as Regional Sales Manager for the UK. The appointment highlights the Company's continued focus on enhancing its sales and marketing capability in key strategic areas, and will see 3DX-RAY expand its market presence for the whole range of 3DX-RAY security products.

Young will head up the Company's security solutions sales to the UK. He has extensive experience of the security markets in this region, having worked most recently running his own defence company, B3 Solutions Ltd and previously as the Sales Director for Chemring Defence Ltd. Prior to this he was the International Sales Manager for Equinox International Ltd.

Speaking on his appointment, Young commented, “It is important that 3DX-RAY continues to enhance the reputation of its innovative technology and leading security products in the domestic market. This will ensure we have a solid platform and reference base from which to promote our solutions in the global market, where UK designed and developed security and counter-terrorism equipment is held with the highest regard.”
